Exchange Policy

At West L.A. Casita Collective, every piece we offer is thoughtfully selected with intention, craftsmanship, and the belief that beautiful design should elevate everyday living. We want each item that enters your home to feel just right, reflecting the same care and curation that guide our studio.

To ensure a seamless experience, we’ve outlined our exchange policy below.

Exchanges

Because our collections are curated in small quantities and handled with exceptional care, we accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. To qualify, items must be:

  • Inspected upon delivery for manufacture defect 
  • Unassembled
  • In their original packaging and condition

Exchanges requested after the 24‑hour window cannot be accepted.

Inspecting Your Piece

We encourage all clients to inspect their item upon delivery or pickup. Your home deserves pieces that arrive exactly as expected.

If you discover a manufacturer defect or damage at the time of delivery:

  • We will gladly honor an exchange.
  • If delivery fees were paid for the original order, we will cover the cost of retrieving the defective item.

Our goal is to ensure that every piece you bring into your home reflects the quality and craftsmanship we stand behind.

Final Sale Items

Certain pieces—such as floor models, clearance items, or custom‑ordered selections—are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange.
